Obama's VA pulls so-called 'Death Book' from website - If it is much ado about nothing, then why do these things keep getting supressed?

If you can’t find it anywhere else, it is posted on this Posterous page.  You will find the much touted worksheet starting on page 21 of the document.  With that said, if this is such an innocent and innocuous thing, why is it being suppressed after it became an issue.  Remember Bush stopped its use and Obama reinstated it.  You decide.
