I hate to tell the Senate Majority Leader this, but if it won’t work for Nevada it won’t work for the other 49 states either!!!  Both HR 3200 and the Baucus Plan are boondoggles that mangle the 9^th and 10^th Amendments and create a major power grab by the federal government.
